- Unless explicitly mentioned, payments are non-refundable.

You retain ownership of the business and customer information uploaded to the platform.
However, by using our services, you grant us permission to process and store data strictly for service delivery, security, analytics, support, and platform improvements.
We do not claim ownership of your customer database.

All platform content, software, branding, UI/UX elements, trademarks, designs, and technology associated with DSA Management are protected under intellectual property laws.
You may not:

- Reverse-engineer or modify the software.
- Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit platform content without written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
8. Service Availability

Scheduled maintenance, updates, server downtime, or third-party service failures may temporarily affect accessibility.
